[Feature Request] Language options in app

New feature description

Add language options to the settings of the installer.

• It will resolve the issue of installer in Android versions that older than 13 stuck in "Follow system language"
• You can't select language of the installer on Android 12 or below because App language doesn't exist for them
• Having in-app language options will work for every Android version
