Motivation
Added implementation for AMD GPUs to be able to show usage, memory, and thermal values.
Description
My local environment uses an older GNOME release, and the current implementation on
developrelies on APIs that are not available or behave differently in that setup.To avoid regressions for newer GNOME versions, the changes are intentionally scoped to the appropriate branch.
