0xcb_1337_vial_production.hex is only for flashing via ICSP

Prod Hex

• Flash .hex via dfu-programmer or QMK Toolbox
• Flash production.hex via ICSP flasher to flash qmk-dfu and the firmware
• Flash bootloader.hex via ICSP flasher to just flash the bootloader
