This pull request adds the swift-docc-plugin dependency. This is unnecessary because the package uses swift-tools-version: 6.0, and the functionality of this plugin has been integrated into SwiftPM since version 5.6. Furthermore, the plugin's repository is archived. Including this dependency would force consumers of your library to download and resolve an obsolete and unnecessary dependency. The dependency should be removed.
