This command will attempt to create a merkle proof based on the verify batch
events that are provided.

Example usage:

```bash
polycli ulxly rollups-proof \
--file-name verify-batches-cardona-4880876-to-6028159.ndjson \
--rollup-id 1 | jq '.'
```

In this case we are assuming we have a file
`verify-batches-cardona-4880876-to-6028159.ndjson` that would have been generated
with a call to `polycli ulxly get-verify-batches`. The output will be the
sibling hashes necessary to prove inclusion of rollupID `1`.

When we're creating the proof here, we're essentially storing the paths to the
various leafs. When we want to generate a proof, we find the appropriate sibling
node in the tree to prove that the leaf is part of the given merkle root.
