Pull Request Overview
This PR adds a new deployment configuration for Trails contracts version beta-3, including deployment and verification actions for multiple contract components.
- Introduces deployment job for TrailsTokenSweeper, TrailsMulticall3Router, TrailsBalanceInjector, and TrailsRouterShim contracts
- Configures contract verification steps for each deployed contract
- Sets up constructor arguments for the TrailsRouterShim contract deployment
