Issue: ITrailsRouter.sweep documentation mismatch.
Analysis: ITrailsRouter documentation mismatches implementation in a few cases. Some documentation can be made clearer.
Fix: Natspec updated.
NOTE: This change doesn't look at the other documentation in this repo. Once all changes are merged, we should take the time to ensure this is all up to date.
