feat: Initial Frontend Setup - Dashboard, Auth, and Monitoring UI

What does this PR do?

1.	Complete frontend implementation 
2.	Authentication flow (Signup / Signin) using React Hook Form + Zod.
3.	Global state setup using Zustand (authStore, uiStore, websiteStore).
4.	Dashboard UI to display monitored websites with status, response time, and last check.
5.	Website creation flow using modal input.
6.	Website details page with uptime stats, response metrics, and recent history timeline.

TODO

•	Add middleware-based route protection for /dashboard and child routes.
