Add esc_js to prevent ' from breaking the "you have no posts" message display when deletion is on.

Added line 758 - 767 with $enable_pagination set but $enable_delete not set then window.listUpdated() is not declared. Added code to declare empty window.listUpdated() function.
Fix for undeclared JavaScript function window.listUpdated()
Changed Line 727 to make the delete function work in accordion type shortcode, tables etc.
