Pull Request Title: Refactor service configurations to use Docker configs for serve.json

Description

  • Removed individual serve.json files from services: portracker, posterizarr, prowlarr, qbittorrent, radarr, resilio-sync, searxng, slink, sonarr, speedtest-tracker, stirlingpdf, subtrackr, swingmx, tandoor, tautulli, technitium, traefik, uptime-kuma, vaultwarden, and wallos.
  • Added Docker configs for serve.json in respective docker-compose.yml files for each service.
  • Updated configurations to include AllowFunnel settings and ensure HTTPS is enabled on port 443.
