I saw that you had some troubles making this work, so I went ahead and fixed it for you :)
Added date/timestamp for easier usage of finding exactly when and what time that specific debug is needed, along with comments of what does what.

I've added a custom module which may benefit this project in the long run, as it would automatically check the Repo's release's to see if it's up-to-date with the current version on here, if not it will output in the console to download the new version.
I hope this is correct PRing?
