Updated Minecraft version list

Starting with version 0.0.6, ModPublish introduced a hotupdate feature for the Minecraft version list.

This feature was created to address the issue of ModPublish's inability to update its builtin version list in a timely manner.

To use this feature, follow these steps:

1. Right-click on any Minecraft Mod and open the Publish page.
2. Locate the Minecraft version selector.
3. Click the Update Version List button below it.
4. Wait for the update to complete.

If the version list is corrupted, or if you still want to use the builtin version list, click the Clear Version List Cache button to clear the hot update content.
