v1.2 changes:
- Added Remix World support (don't dig up).
- Added output filtering: left click an item in an extractor's ui to toggle it. This will not make the other items more likely to appear.
- Modded biomes will not count as surface/underground/cavern anymore, unless close enough to said biomes.
- Fix: evil and hallow now properly override tyhe ocean biome.
- Fix: the extractor ui does not reset its position for no reason anymore if kept open for too long.

- Extractors now try to deposit in different chests if their primary output is full
- Despite this, Extractors will never look for a new output if their primary one is a Magic Storage system
- The Dungeon can no longer be extracted from before defeating Skeletron
- Extractors can now speed up production if the day cycle speeds up, like when sleeping.
- A new settings called Follow Day Rate governs this feature
- Fixed a bug where Graveyards erroneously required 6 tombstones to be extracted from instead of 5
