Description
Translated NO.85 Content to Japanese

Type of Change

  • Updated the Readme_ja.md file for NO.85 (第 85 号) with the correct file path.
  • Created a new folder named HelloGithub_JA_Content within the /content/ directory to store the upcoming Japanese translations.
  • Added NO.85 Japanese translations

Notes
I plan to translate the content from NO.86 to NO.94 into Japanese when I have some free time later on. :)
