feat: website polish and deploy workflow

Summary

• Rework punctuation across all pages (replace awkward hyphens with commas, colons, parens)
• Add image captions on capabilities page (architecture flow + pjay's bot Anton)
• Add terminal copy-to-clipboard button with per-line copy icons
• Add footer credits (73ai project, built by pjay with Claude Code and Codex, MIT License linked)
• Highlight active nav link on capabilities page
• Add "Support the research" section with GitHub star link
• Add Cloudflare Pages deploy workflow (triggers on website/ changes to master)

Test plan

• Verify npm run build passes
• Check punctuation reads naturally on both pages
• Test terminal copy button works
• Confirm nav highlights on capabilities page
• Add CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN and CLOUDFLARE_ACCOUNT_ID GitHub secrets for CI deploy
