This was not tested yet! * Converted Serviceworker to use TS * made it use proper typing * allow for expansion of push notifications * remove unnecessary abstractions * make it solve obvious issues, like missing hashes in urls
replace inline host status checks with wait_for_host_online utility function

- Added `nix` crate with `fs` feature to manage file permissions. - Updated permissions for SQLite database files to be more restrictive (600). - Refactored setup logic to use `nix` for changing ownership and permissions instead of shell commands.
