Offline version of this webapp

This is a Neutralinojs package of the webapp code. Technically it is just a zip package of all html and js files with an exe header launching the code using the system web viewer component. All you need to run MiniSimulator under Windows in offline mode is the MiniSimulator.exe file. This file includes all needed code. The source code is not needed.

If you want to use MiniSimulator on systems without a permanent Internet connection, you can use this offline version.
