Can search, add, edit, delete. All backend commands UserDepartments will show the department name, and the users first and last name.
For some reason, before commiting, the departments folder was overriden. This is the corrected version

Includes all CRUD for both departments and user_departments. The documentation for accessing them is in the README. Note that I also have my frontend html and js in here as well.
PS. Apparently the last one was closed and not merged which I why I'm creating another one
