- Updated spacing to bring the extra delta closer to the rest of the plot (remove whitespace)
- Add a zeroline gap for delta-delta plots
- edited the gridkey to remove the 'control' column for delta-delta/mini-meta
- bug fix for delta-delta xlims
- Capitalisations for gridkey extra delta label and delta2 axes label
