This PR implements a draft of a linear ACE basis, using P4ML, including experimental new pushforward implementations for the A and AA bases. It also contains an attempt to implement the basis as an AD jacobian w.r.t. parameters. This seems to work in principle but is extremely slow compared with a more ACE1-style implementation. It is not yet clear whether this is a fundamental limitation.
