I needed this to get the "snoop db" function recognised by the command line. However, it said that it was an unknown function.

I would rather maintain the PackageContents.xml as a better alternative, just submitted a 2017 branch, take a look |

I needed this to get the "snoopCivil3DDB" function recognised by the command line. However, it said that it was an unknown function.
I got "snoopCivil3DDB" from the Commands.vb command method within the source code. I assume that is correct?
