This PR closes #292

Key Changes

  • Database: Introduced bookings_campaigns table and linked it to bookings via campaign_id
  • Backend API: Implemented CRUD endpoints for campaigns in likelee-server
  • Core UI:
    • Campaigns Tab: Management dashboard with status-based filtering (All, Active, Completed, Cancelled).
    • New Booking Flow: Added required campaign selection with inline "Create New Campaign" capability.
