Changes

• Page reloads on subpages like /matchrequests were failing -> Solution: add nginx config and copy it in Dockerfile to have nginx SPA fallbacks
• Correct formatting of timeslots on the "Last 5 Pending Match Requests" tab
• API returns 409 if a match request is sent but there already is a request for that day -> Error message is now displayed to inform the user about that constraint
• When selecting the 20.7 for example, the request was sent with the 19.7 -> Cause: The time picker took 20.7 00:00 and performed a UTC shift when formatting the date for the request
