Tailwind v4 upgrade breaks CSS build

Upgrading tailwindcss from v3.3.1 to v4.1.18 without migration work will break the CSS build. Tailwind v4 is a complete rewrite that removes the @tailwind base, @tailwind components, and @tailwind utilities directives used in main.css. These must be replaced with @import "tailwindcss". Additionally, the existing tailwind.config.js using module.exports format needs explicit import via @config directive in v4, and @tailwindcss/typography v0.5.9 may have compatibility issues with v4.
