- Add apt-transport-https to help with compatibility with NodeSource, etc. - Drop local documentation, keeping only man pages.
Add an empty /etc/debian_version to presuade some scripts that we are in fact a "Debian-based system." Most scripts (in fact all that I could find) either only tests for this file's existence, or has fallbacks for invalid contents (to /etc/os-release or /etc/lsb-relesae). Keeping this file empty for now, unless it is proven that we needed to track our "compatibility" with Debian.

Topic Description
Add an empty /etc/debian_version to presuade some scripts that we are in
