feat: add Malayalam (ml) translation support

• Added complete translation for Malayalam (ml)
• Translated all 1814 UI strings and messages
• Maintained placeholder and metadata structure
• Generated localization files using flutter gen-l10n
• Updated iOS CFBundleLocalizations with ml locale

Description

Added translations for Malayalam to enable Malayalam-speaking users to use the app in their native language. All UI strings and messages have been translated while preserving placeholders and formatting.

• Successfully ran flutter gen-l10n to generate localization files

Note: Could not run the app locally due to a pre-existing Gradle build error in the project. The localization files were generated successfully without errors.
