[WIP] Upgrade bevy to 0.16

Thanks for assigning this issue to me. I'm starting to work on it and will keep this PR's description up to date as I form a plan and make progress.

Original issue description:

This is a tracking issue, the following dependencies haven't upgraded to bevy 0.16

1. bevy_asset_loader Currently release candidate are available
2. bevy_ecs_ldtk Not yet upgraded to bevy 0.16
3. bevy_rapier2d Currently upgraded on master branch

If anyone has time, please feel free to open the PR as it could take me some time to do it.

Ready to Upgrade, No Blockers
