Refactor RecapSection: consolidate styles, fix header text, improve consistency
Reviewed and improved the RecapSection implementation to align with existing section patterns in the codebase.
Changes:
RecapVideo.css, migrated all styles to Tailwind classespy-28) and content gap (pt-20) to match FAQSection patternResult:
-29 lines of code, improved maintainability, consistent with dark-background section patterns.
