Description
Added a cmd argument for setting up a static ngrok domain.
Usage:
--ngrok "AUTHTOKEN" --ngrok-static-domain "your-static-domain.ngrok-free.app"(How to get a static domain: https://ngrok.com/blog-post/free-static-domains-ngrok-users)
