Description

This PR adds a module that takes the current spacecraft state and planned thruster firings and determines the joint motor torques needed to prevent the joints from experiencing angular acceleration.

Verification

A new unit test test_thrJointCompensation was created to validate the operations of the module.

Documentation

New documentation was added for the modules and release notes was updated.
