FRR Map

Introduction

The FRR Map project is an open-source initiative designed to support the revitalization of rural France. It leverages modern web technologies to provide an interactive map showcasing regions of France that are undergoing efforts to rejuvenate their local economies, infrastructure, and community services. This project aims to highlight the challenges and opportunities present in these areas, encouraging entrepreneurship, sustainable development, and community engagement.

Goal

The primary goal of the FRR Map project is to create a user-friendly, informative platform that visualizes the various initiatives and developments aimed at revitalizing rural France. By making this information easily accessible, the project seeks to foster awareness, promote local tourism, support rural businesses, and encourage investment in these regions.

  • Responsive Design: Ensures a seamless user experience across various devices and screen sizes, thanks to Tailwind CSS.
  • Accessibility: Implements best practices to ensure the platform is accessible to as wide an audience as possible.

Technologies Used

  • Next.js: A React framework that enables server-side rendering and generates static websites for faster load times.
  • React: A JavaScript library for building user interfaces, facilitating the development of the interactive map and UI components.
