The Achilles run cards are provided in folders for each experiment.
Version 0.3.0 of Achilles was used to produce the plots found in https://arxiv.org/abs/2508.19213 and
can be obtained at https://github.com/AchillesGen/Achilles/releases/tag/v0.3.0.
If you have any issues with generating the events, please leave an issue in the Achilles repo
describing the problem you encountered and an author will provide support.
Comparisons to experimental data were carried out using the NUISANCE framework. NUISANCE is publicly available at https://github.com/NUISANCEMC/nuisance. The python module pyNUISANCE (available in NUISANCE3) offers a convenient interface for plotting results. Usage of pyNUISANCE is illustrated, e.g., in tutorials (https://github.com/NUISANCEMC/notebooks/blob/main/NUISANCE3TutorialDec24.ipynb).
