Description
This PR aims to amqp parameter in queue xml config to use Magento's default (db) connection if amqp service is not installed. Magento’s implementation assumes the "connection" attribute is optional.
Also, this PR upgrades the Magento default dependency, as we drop support for 2.4.4 now
