Description
Magento 2.4.8 introduced a backward-incompatible changes related to Monolog library. As our payment plugin leverages Monolog usage for logging functionality, related methods need to be refactored.
This PR introduces support for Monolog library v3 as well as some breaking changes due to the nature of Monolog V3. More details about breaking changes can be found below in the respective documentation pages.
