Summary of Changes

Hello @AdyenAutomationBot, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request delivers automated updates to the transactionwebhooks service, primarily focusing on refining the clarity and accuracy of its TypeScript model definitions. The changes include minor textual improvements for existing fields and a significant update to the PlatformPayment model to better reflect Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) related fees by deprecating an old field and introducing a new, more precise one.

Highlights

  • Documentation Updates: Refined the descriptions for the currency and value fields within the Amount model, and improved readability of enum descriptions in the BankCategoryData model by capitalizing initial words.
  • PlatformPayment Model Enhancements: Introduced a new DCCMarkup enum value and deprecated the DCCPlatformCommission enum value within the PlatformPayment model, along with corresponding documentation updates.

Code Review

This pull request contains automated updates for the transactionwebhooks service models. The changes include documentation enhancements and the introduction of a new DCCMarkup platform payment type, deprecating DCCPlatformCommission.

My review has identified a high-severity issue: several models, including PlatformPayment, Amount, and BankCategoryData, are duplicated across different services (transfers, transferWebhooks). This PR only updates the transactionwebhooks versions, leading to inconsistencies that could cause maintenance issues and bugs. I strongly recommend addressing this structural problem by either updating all model instances or refactoring to use shared definitions.

Additionally, I've provided a medium-severity suggestion to improve the deprecation notice for DCCPlatformCommission to make it more explicit for developers.

While these updates to PlatformPayment are welcome, I've noticed that this model, as well as Amount and BankCategoryData, appear to be duplicated across different services (transactionwebhooks, transfers, transferWebhooks). This PR only updates the transactionwebhooks versions, creating inconsistencies in model definitions across the codebase. For example, transfers/platformPayment.ts is now out of sync. This duplication and inconsistency can lead to significant maintenance problems and bugs. It is highly recommended to either update all instances of these models in this PR for consistency, or better yet, refactor to use single, shared model definitions.

To improve developer experience, it would be helpful to specify the replacement for the deprecated DCCPlatformCommission value directly in the deprecation notice. This makes it easier for developers to migrate to the new value.
