Add unit test for requestPeriodicReview() in LegalEntitiesApi

[Copilot]

Adds test coverage for the requestPeriodicReview() method in LegalEntitiesApi.

Changes:

• New test method testRequestPeriodicReview() following existing patterns (similar to testDeleteDocuments())
• Fixture file request-periodic-review.json with empty JSON object (method returns void)
• Validates correct endpoint URL construction: /legalEntities/{id}/requestPeriodicReview
