Issue Description
While MaxMind has moved to a paid list, the page that CSF retrieves contains "sample IPs" that CSF is processing if you haven't turned off the list. I did a quick scan of the IPs and many of the IPs are legitimate and should not be blocked. Please consider removing the MaxMind section entirely so some poor soul doesn't keep downloading their marketing page thinking it is a legitimate list.
