📘 Description
Integrated AI21 v3.x.x into ai21.py and the reason that we were getting errors at the example notebook while using ai21 v3 is that it seems contextual answers feature is no longer supported from v3 onwards because of which we were getting AttributeError.
Added 4 different v3 endpoints for both sync and async nature of code.
