Summary

  • Research and planning documents for adding dark mode support to Agenta
  • Documents current theming infrastructure (which already has disabled dark mode code!)
  • Provides designer requirements with fillable token tables
  • Includes phased implementation plan

Key Findings

  • Dark mode infrastructure exists - just disabled at line 67 in ThemeContextProvider.tsx
  • ~100+ hardcoded colors throughout the codebase need refactoring
  • Estimated effort: 3-5 weeks
  • Designer is a blocker - need dark mode token values before implementation
