We are excited to announce the first official release of PluvIA, a fully offline-capable mobile app designed for natural disaster monitoring and response. This alpha version introduces the core features of the app, powered by a locally-run AI model on your device.

🏠 Home Dashboard Intuitive home screen with access to all core features.
🤖 AI Chat Assistant Run multiple local models (Gemma3Nano and others) directly on-device. Supports images as input.
🗺️ Interactive Map Real-time forecast visualization, flood point highlighting, and forecast date overlays.
🌧️ Forecast Monitoring Displays rain forecasts with severity levels and street-level location context.
👥 Contact Management Save, edit, and remove emergency contacts with quick access in critical situations.
🔔 Notifications Customizable local alerts for rain events and flood risks.
⚙️ Settings Manage local models, configure HuggingFace token integration, and adjust preferences.
🌎 Languages English and Portuguese support.
