feat: Enhance JoinConvoAIReq with MLLM support and new TTS vendors

  • Added MLLM configuration to JoinConvoAIReq for real-time audio and text processing.
  • Introduced new TTS vendors: Cartesia and OpenAI, with corresponding environment variable configurations.
  • Updated service methods to support new TTS vendors and improved error handling for required parameters.
  • Enhanced README documentation to include new TTS vendor details and usage instructions.
