CorrPy is a Python library for analysis of irregular profiles and surfaces.

Assumptions:
1. It is assumed that the first non-nan element in a profile is placed at the beginning of crack, i.e. if some quantity will be calculated, such as the correlation length, than it's value will be placed exatly at L = 0.
