This is a beta release of v2. Thus, there can still be changes and fixes. For testing purposes only!

Changes:

• Added continueOnError in executeRequest parameter.
• Added ESM bundles for Node and Browser.
• Fixed Browser bundle. Previously, the generated code did not create a global DynamicsWebApi class.
