Installation and setup:

Install python 3.11 from https://www.python.org/downloads/windows/
Get pip, see https://pip.pypa.io/en/stable/installation/
Open system menu "Environment variables" and add
- C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python311
- C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python311\Scripts
Create virtual environment:
- python -m venv ~/.venvs/ip-10
- source ~/.venv/ip-10/Scripts/activate (syntax for git bash)
pip install ipfx
Install latest beta of IP10
Open IP 10
Python->Settings: Manually add the just created environment
Open python console

Testing ipfx:

Download https://github.com/AllenInstitute/ipfx/blob/master/tests/data/spike_test_pair.txt.zip
Unzip and load into IP, name the waves spike_test_t and spike_test_v
