Allow to fetch experiments paths from LIMS

The following python script should be integrated into MIES (IP10 only feature) and reworked to be able to fetch experiments paths from LIMS (a web application run at the institute, but we interface with the database directly) given a cell ID.

The AB should not only support retrieving the Paths for the path listbox, but also retrieving the file names as well as file data for loading?

I think this would need several python scripts:

• Getting the path
• Getting the files in the path
• Getting a specific file as local copy and load this then in MIES

as well as maybe some settings store for the LIMS connection arguments

I think the general design of this feature should be compatible with adding other protocols later (like ftp:// or https:// sources).

The pxps are stored on location available as network share. So we don't need any other file retrival method.
