Need to communicate what the genotype means

Particularly when we use new lines - e.g. right now there is Ai229 which is not in Jax and not on brain-map.org. How can someone know what this is? We need a consistent way to describe what the transgenic lines are. Which is also conflated by how we are using them. Eg. A given Cre line labels some types of cells in cortex and probably other "types" of cells in other brain areas - so it might need to be more specific.
