Validators for duplicate names

We shouldn't allow users to include duplicate names

Validators in instrument/acquisition that check for duplicates name

This is a breaking change, we could temporarily set this as a warning in V2 and then upgrade to errors in V3

I don't quite understand what the issue is - do you mean multiple devices having the same name?
