Need to consider how to allow sectioning origins that are relative to a CCF region (or CCF coronal slice) #1683
Description
For BarSEQ they start the sectioning from a relative location on the brain, trying to guesstimate basically where they are and then they narrow down their location as they start doing actual sections.
We need to allow a CoordinateSystem.ORIGIN to provide this information in some way.
