This discussion can be used to propose modifications to the GUI that would improve our alignment workflow.

Currently under development: perform alignment in individual brain space, rather than CCF space. This requires that the CCF annotation volume be warped to match the original brain, and that the final electrode coordinates can be warped using the inverse transform once alignment is complete.
