- New ALESCo Chair - Andrew Lukoshko
- Andrew self-nominated. There were no other nominations.
- Vote was unanimous among ALESCo members with all 5 members voting for Andrew as chair
- New Meeting Time
- Every other Thursday at 12:00 noon EST (pinned to US/Eastern timezone)
- Elkhan opted to step down from ALESCo on 2025-07-31

## Minutes

- ALESCo will begin thinking about creating and adopting procedures for replacing and/or adding members to be merged into the larger ALESCo guidelines in the wiki.
